I have been wanted to blog for years now, as I love to write. I took a blogging class a year ago and that is when everything took off. I love to bake and cook and I love to teach others about health. I wanted to have a creative outlet and to share so many ideas that come from my kitchen. I love all of my followers and thank my lucky stars everyday that I have been able to have a dream come true. I LOVE BLOGGING!!!
